Please read these terms carefully before using the platform — this is a binding agreement between you and 44ak.

General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 44ak platform and its users ("member" or "you"). By accessing the 44ak website or application, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood and accepted these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. 44ak reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice; continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali. The Bengali version shall be considered final for purposes of interpretation.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age to use 44ak's services. If anyone below this age creates an account or uses the services, that account will be immediately closed and the balance may be forfeited. For ages 21 and above only.

2.2 Registration Information

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. If false information is provided:

  • The account may be permanently terminated.
  • Deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited.
  • The matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

2.3 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed. Multiple accounts operated from the same device, IP address or payment method may also be treated as belonging to the same member.

It is your sole responsibility to be aware of the applicable laws in your own country before participating in online gambling under the laws of Bangladesh.

Account Management

3.1 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password secure. Do not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify 44ak support immediately.

3.2 Account Verification

44ak may verify your identity at any time. You may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport or other government-issued document for this purpose. 44ak reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Transfer

Transferring an account, credits or bonuses to another person is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to sell, rent or transfer an account will result in immediate account termination.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

44ak currently accepts deposits via: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300 (three hundred taka).

Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Funds sent through any method other than the three listed above are not accepted and 44ak bears no responsibility for returning such funds.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal funds will only be returned via the same method used for the deposit.

Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Without verification, withdrawal processing may be delayed.

4.3 Deposit Verification

If your balance does not update within the expected time after a deposit, please contact support with a screenshot of the payment. 44ak reserves the right to verify any transaction to prevent money laundering.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

44ak offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To make winnings from a bonus withdrawable, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposited amount.

If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Bonuses are single-use only and cannot be transferred to another account.
  • Bonuses cannot be converted to cash — they may only be used for placing bets.
  • Claiming a bonus more than once from the same person or device is prohibited.
  • 44ak reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
  • Each promotional offer may have its own specific terms — in such cases, those specific terms will apply.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Principles

At 44ak you can bet on various sports events including cricket, football and kabaddi. Live casino, slots and other games are also available. Each game or event has its own applicable rules, which can be found in detail in the relevant section.

6.2 Bet Cancellation

44ak reserves the right to cancel bets in the following circumstances:

  • If an event is cancelled or postponed.
  • If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
  • If a bet is identified as fraudulent or irregular.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a bet remains incomplete due to server downtime, internet disconnection or other technical issues, 44ak will determine the outcome based on recorded data. In case of a dispute, the server log shall be considered the final proof.

6.4 Responsible Betting

Gaming should be for entertainment purposes. Betting should not be used as a way to resolve financial difficulties. Make decisions within your means before each bet.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 44ak platform:

  • Any form of fraud, deception or criminal activity.
  • Placing bets using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
  • Operating multiple accounts designed to exploit bonus systems.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or legitimising funds from illegal sources.
  • Interfering with the platform's security systems or attempting to hack it.
  • Stealing another member's information or gaining unauthorized access to their account.
  • Operating an account on behalf of a minor or ineligible person.
If evidence of involvement in prohibited activities is found, the account will be immediately closed, all balances will be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Responsible Gaming

44ak believes that gaming is entertainment — not a source of dependency or addiction. We are committed to the mental and financial wellbeing of our members.

8.1 Self-Control Tools

At your request, 44ak can provide the following options:

  • Setting daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits.
  • Temporarily suspending your account for a specified period.
  • Permanent exclusion or self-exclusion.

Account Closure & Termination

11.1 Closure at Member's Request

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed, however bonuses will be cancelled if wagering requirements have not been met.

11.2 Termination by 44ak

44ak may terminate or suspend your account in the following circumstances:

  • Any violation of these Terms.
  • Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
  • Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
  • Participation in any prohibited activity.
  • Legal or regulatory reasons.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, it should first be resolved through the support channel. 44ak will review all disputes fairly and impartially.

  2. The support team will review the complaint and respond.
  3. Relevant server logs and records will be reviewed if necessary.
